The Asheville Regional Airport Authority’s Marketing and Public Relations Department (MPRD) provides local and national news media organizations, their working reporters and crews, with information to help communicate to the traveling public. All media inquiries should be directed and coordinated through the MPRD. Inquiries will be answered in the order they were received. Media should not call the Public Safety Department, as staff is busy with the safe management of AVL facilities. The Marketing and Public Relations Department will provide the appropriate spokesperson to address the particular topic of the interview.
